Services can be either per visit or through a monthly membership if you have no medical insurance. For a flat fee of $125 a month, our membership includes unlimited telehealth, office, or home visits that last as long as you need. You won’t have to worry about waiting weeks for an appointment or paying copays and other charges. You will receive direct care from your provider, and even gain access to your provider’s direct phone line for medical questions. Simple diagnostic and blood tests are done in the home or office. Lab work is an additional charge unless membership is paid in full for the year, then blood will be drawn once a year. For major health problems, we can coordinate specialist referrals or recommend hospital care as needed.

If you don’t have a monthly membership, the one-time sick visit appointment fee is $50 for telehealth or $100 for a home visit in Lakeland, FL. Surrounding areas outside of Lakeland are $125-$150 or higher, depending on miles of travel for an in-home visit.
